Today's workout - Speed Workout
1.5 mile warm up
10 X 1/2 mile repeats with 1/5 mile recovery between
1.5 mile cool down
Great workout! I am a treadmill runner, so I ran 10.7mph twice, 10.8mph twice, 10.9mph twice, 11mph twice, 11.1mph twice for a total of 5 miles!
